HYFIN Vented Chest Seals

North American Rescue meets the demands of modern chest seals. Things have come a long way. The industry standard is to have an integral vent on your chest seals. It is our opinion that you are potentially causing the very harm you are working against if you do not have a vented chest seal on a communicating chest injury per side injured. There should be AT LEAST ONE vented seal per side. Don’t do bad medicine, use the best equipment to mitigate hardest injury to treat in the field. These come in twin packs and are large enough to help work through multiple injuries or larger injuries.
