The Sam Medical XT tourniquet is unique in that it has a tactile and audible confirmation that you have applied enough tension to the device. Heavy duty construction and similar to the CAT in design in rat form. The Blue version is for training and practice. Any Blue tourniquet should be considered a trainer and not for life safety. We don’t treat trauma as a fashion statement. Blue tourniquets are available individually, as you should have your live tourniquet and hoster to exchange the device with.
