North American Rescue’s industry leading tourniquet, the Combat Application Tourniquet. This is the seventh generation of improvements since its inception. We only sell live life safety tourniquets in Orange or Red. Any BLUE tourniquet should be considered a trainer and not for life safety. We don’t treat trauma as a fashion statement. Blue tourniquets are available individually, as you should have your live tourniquet and holster to exchange the device with.
